7 Day Racket Trial

We understand that buying a new racket is a significant investment. As racket sports experts we also believe that choosing the right racket will make all the difference to your game and we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with any purchase from us.

We therefore introduced our Seven-day racket trial in 2022. We are able to offer most of our squash and badminton rackets only on a Seven-day trial basis, giving you a chance to briefly play test the racket you have purchased and make sure that you are entirely happy with your choice. we believe this sets us apart from other ‘generalist’ sports shops.

Tennis and Padel rackets – please note these are excluded from the Seven-day trial

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to offer the Seven-day racket trial on any tennis, padel rackets. We do have a number of demo tennis and padel rackets available each season which are available from our store in Southport. Therefore, if you would like to demo a tennis, padel racket, please email sales@ramcosports.com or call us on 01704531745 and we will try to help.

How the Seven-day racket trial works – squash & badminton

All rackets must be paid for in full at the outset. If you are happy with the racket you have purchased from us, then you simply keep the racket. If, however, you decide that the racket is not suitable for any reason, then you simply return the racket to us within Seven days with all original packaging and the clear handle wrapping in place. Upon receipt back at our Stores, we will refund your purchase price less original postage costs incurred by Paragon sports store.

Please note the following terms apply:

You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items to us within Seven days of receipt together with any free gifts which were included as promotions (any free gifts which are retained will be charged at our current sale price).

Please note all racket trials need to be confirmed via email after placing your order – simply email us with your order number and the message ‘Seven Day Racket Trial’ to Sales@ramcosports.com

All our trial rackets are brand new rackets rather than ‘demos’ so we strongly recommend that before play-testing any product you protect the racket head and please also leave the clear cover on the handle until you are entirely happy. Please note we are unable to offer a full refund if returned rackets have been damaged in any way and do not have the original wrapping and header card. The trial is not a full demo service but does give you the opportunity to see how the racket plays.

You can currently trial a maximum of Two rackets at one time.

The racket trial is only available for UK customers at present.

The racket trial is not available on rackets which have been restrung to specific customer requirements.

The racket trial is unfortunately not currently available on any tennis, padel rackets – please contact us as explained above.
